Fast walk on the beach with Rolly for 20 min. and walked 20 min. Tonight is a yoga. My eating is suburb. Healthy, right balance, and food to lower cholestrol. Rice, black beans, garlic, onions eggplant, quinoa, tomatoes stuffed in red peppers. My own version of vegetarian stuffed peppers. I tasted it and it is soooooooo good before they went inside the peppers. Roasted the eggplant, browned the onions and garlic in olive oil. then put the rest of the ingredients together, stuffed them in peppers and are in the oven until peppers are done cooking. On 300 degrees for about an hour and a half. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. We try to eat meat 3 times a week and the rest of the time vegan. We are trying anyways not to eat too much meat. LOL
Pam, Great job on Tabatacise. Sounds wonderful taking a ferry to a little island (?) off the coast and having lunch at a little cafe. How sweet is that? Also how nice to have dinner with one of the guys in class. Wow he had a full house! Ugh, 17 1/2 hours to get home. sigh You have been a very busy girl with also a wedding to attend on Sat. How fun though. And all the rest of the weekend having BIL friends. You are a Super Person! Great job on this mornings disc 31 chest and back.
Julie, Oh My! With your mom in the hospital and all that stuff you were still able to do Afterburn Double Trouble premix before you headed out for the hospital. Wow! Congrats for cardio increasing. That's always nice isn't it? Also great job on doing errands and Get Glutes inspired strength workout and helping your dear mom get home, doing her dishes and washed her hair. You are such a good daughter. I'm very proud of you. Really! Yes the Seahawk game was so intense! LOL Loved it!
