strength building rotation

whats the best rotation or workouts that can almost guarantee I'll gain strength and be lifting heavier dumbbells at the end of the month/rotation? With the STS rotation it says you should be lifting heavier at certain weeks, can I mimic that with other workouts? I have almost all of Cathe except Pure Strength and Meso 2, 3.
 
advice anyone? Fitnessfreak? anyone? It sucks to not see any type of results from a workout routine, not losing weight, seeing muscle or even getting stronger. Atleast if I was getting stonger I'd feel better what I was doing was doing something. Not progressing seems like whats the point and I should just quit?
 
I am by no means an expert, but what about the slow and heavy series and/or pyramid series? Then when you want to do lighter, try the circuit workouts like Low Impact Circuit or Body Max 2. Before STS, I would do 2 days of heavier workouts and one day that was a little lighter (more recovery/toning) each week.

I am experimenting with different strength rotations, since builiding strength is a priority for me. Also, I appreciate Fitnessfreak's (Debbie's) comments about increasing poundage (also her coments to keep at it!). I plan on doing more of Cathe's two pyramid videos this summer.

Redbull, do you have platemates or paceweights? That's what helped me get stronger when I couldn't go up by 5 pound increments. You'll be surprised! One pound does make a difference. Pretty soon, you'll be able to go five pounds heavier! Good luck and let us know how you do.;) Also, keep reading posts by fitnessfreak. She just motivates you to go heavier!!!
