Hi everybody! I noticed in alot of the rotations Cathe uses SJP. Can you tell how much you like this workout. I don't have this one, don't know why......any comments?

Hey Tina!
I do like this one. I've never done it as a whole, but the premixes are great. You can do HiLo/weights/step/weights, HiLo Step circuit, just step, just HiLo, just weights, etc. I use it a lot. Besides, it's on the DVD with Step Blast and SB is my favorite step workout to date. IMO...you NEED this one!:+

This is one of my favorite workouts. After the warm-up, there is about 25 minutes of step, then a short hi-lo circuit (4 cycles of 5 minutes hi-lo with 5 minutes of weights), then chest and triceps, then abs and stretch. It's never boring because we are constantly moving to do something else and the music rocks (it's all familiar 80's music, which is my favorite). I find each section a bit easier overall than most of Cathe's other workouts (the step portion is one of her easier step workouts, the weights are fairly light, etc), but when it's all together (70 minutes total), it's a good workout.

All around a great fun workout.

I like this one a lot. It has great music, the fist section is step with kickbox moves, the second is hi lo with weights inbetween. It is really fun and I am an advanced exerciser and I always get a great workout with this one.

I keep thinking I'm going to order it and never do. But it's calling my name!!! I'm getting my Christmas club money soon....hhmmmm, I sense a purchase in the very near future. BTW, hope you're keeping your mind occupied while you're waiting on your appt. So glad they moved it up for ya!!!!

This really does sound like an awesome workout!!! And I'm an 80's chick so I'd love the music too! Thanks:)

Tina...SJP for me just has a huge FUN factor. I know sometimes you don't know what workout to do or you might be feeling "blah" and then SJP comes to mind and I am always smiling along with the music...and yes the premixes are awesome...:)

I love SJP! Very fun. I often use the planks/abs and tack on to other workouts. Lots of premixes. Good bang for the buck. Don't think you'll be sorry.

Step Jump and Pump is one of my favorites.

I always feel happy when I do that workout.

I think of it as more intermediate than advanced and I am SO GLAD to not have floor push ups (I know they are good, but I so hate them).

I like the Music Louder feature -- although my husband has to put in his headphones and listen to music when I do the workout!

I agree with all the others - love the workout, never boring, lots of fun, everything gets worked, you work hard, burn lots of calories and earn your next little treat. It's pretty perfect!

I'm singing to choir here but it is a MUST HAVE! Great value so many premixes and awesome mix n match options... Its the best value along w/ KPC imho:)

I LOVE this workout! And, like others have said it has a huge fun factor! As a matter of fact, I just got done doing it so this message is appropriate! GET IT! :) :)
