STEP INTERVALS/ KICKBOX

WOW :-wow :-wow Just completed Kickbox and did Step Intervals last night - I love them, I love them A LOT !!!!!!!!! :7

I felt like I was flying last night over the step, it is a lovely step workout. Tonight, well, Kickbox is going down as a definite favourite !!!!!! :) My chest and arms feel so tight tonight !

While pre-viewing Kickbox last night, I noticed how completely perfectly pert Cathe's buns are (a compliment to Cathe :), I wish mine were like that :-(), my word if that's not motivation, I don't know what is !!!!!!!!

Eeeek, Donna, it is 10-10-10 tomorrow night, and I am scared !!!!!!!!!!! :-wow I shall be pre-viewing later tonight

I want a CTX series no 2 !!!!!! And another Kickbox workout !!!!!!

My inner thighs are still in agony from PH on Monday (and the step part of Cathe's Wedding video) - I know I did a bit too much in one night :-rollen, but after a week of Kathy Smith, easing my way back into it after a 3 week lull of NO EXERCISE :)o Not a good idea boys and girls), I was itching to get back to Cathe-ing.

Phewee, now I can see why Jillybean went down 2 dress sizes in 8 weeks :-wow.

I am very happy with my purchase.......

And you haven't even begun to mix and match it with other workouts, wait until you see how versatile it is! 1 word: B-A-R-G-A-I-N!

So, 10-10-10 tomorrow? You're gonna love it!

And I can't wait for you to post back after Leaner Legs! I'll be waiting! :)(picture me throwing my head back and laughing sadistically!)

I second the remarks on LL - it remains the toughest taped leg workout I've ever done, and after all this time - 2 years and some months since it came out - it STILL challenges me to the max.

Just Do It! :)
 
I love CTX kickbox, in fact my tape just tore up on me, it's been played so much. Guess I'll be placing an order with SNM real soon. Can't live without that video on my shelf.

Oh my yes, Anna, CTX is just Great! I mix and match it quite a bit and it seems like a new workout everytime. This morning I started with the kick box tape and did it up to the biceps. Then I switched to the back work on power circuit. Then I did the chest work from S&I then I went back to the planks, lower back, abs and cool down from power circuit. Its also very easy to up the weights and slow the reps down for many of the exercises giving the weight work a different emphasis.

The combinations are practically endless.

I always feel the need...

...to jump in when someone even mentions Leaner Legs. I've got it on my schedule tonight and strangely...I can't wait for the torture. I have been concentrating on the Intensity Series these last weeks and I feel like I've been unfaithful to my beloved LL. It will be on my personal favorite list forever!

Hi Anna,

You appear to be doing the tapes in order. I just wanted to let you know, you may want to move Power Circuit in front of All Step. Power Circuit works the legs quite a bit and I wouldn't do it back to back with Leaner Legs. I didn't know this when I first got the series and just jumped right in in order as you are doing. I didn't realize Power Circuit would work the legs so much. Just a suggestion.
