Starting STS Today

I am doing disc 8 today. I am doing my pushups on the back of my couch, in the hopes that I will build some endurance in my upper body. I really would like to be able to do at least 10 push-ups on my toes by the time I finish STS.

I am doing pretty well with increasing the weight each week, but I find that on certain exercises, my triceps just cannot take it. My form suffers badly if I go to heavy on those exercises. Again, I'm hoping the endurance will build up so I can go heavier.

It might take two rounds of STS to get the results I'd like, but that's ok.
 
I didn't realize that. I may do a 6 month rotation next time around, and just do what I can do this time. I'll still be building endurance, and that's good.
