? starting STS over again

I had a question for you ladies who have completed STS and started again. When you started Meso 1 again did you find you lifted heavier then the first time you completed Meso One? Lori

I've lifted heavier on the second time around, but I did STS back-to-back (with only one week off between rounds). I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

However, I can also tell you that when I started Meso 1 again, I couldn't believe how tough it seemed! (Push-ups! Pull-ups! Yikes!)

I totally agree with you. I did Meso 1 disc 1 yesterday and I was really sweating buckets and found it challenging but doable. I did notice I increased from the last time I did it. I'm not redoing the whole STS rotation though, I'm doing Cathe's June 09 rotation.

Hey there...I thought I would chime in to say "ditto!". I noticed after starting Meso 1 for the second time, not only was it a challenge, but my strength gains were obvious to me. Endurance workouts have always been a killer for me. DH and I just finished one week of the Intensity series in its entirety and good LORD, PUB about killed BOTH of us! :)

Some of my weight were heavier and some were lighter. I think I changed the weight selection, the first time I did sts, only in the workout manager. This is why I'm re-printing my w/o cards.

I think I like meso 1 better this time around because the weight selection was correct and I did not have to pause the dvd player so often.

OMG! I just did Disc 3 legs last night and that feels like a cardio workout for legs. I forgot how tough that was. It felt tougher then pylo legs!!
