Hi, I am just getting into the workouts again, I walk 45 min 4 times a week, and try to do some lifting, can you tell me what to start out with rotation or otherwise !!! I am 5"3 175 pounds want to lose weight and tone with curves . Thanks Denice.
 
I am curious, do you own any Cathe workouts? Are you asking in respect to these, or do you just want to know in general what you should be doing in your workout routine? This information may generate more responses.
 
If you go to the rotations forum, there are beginner and intermediate rotations, depending on your overall fitness level. If you're new to lifting, I would recommend doing the upper and lower body bonus add-ons to Basic Step/Body Fusion. Once those become easy, you can move on to any of Cathe's full body lifting workouts - modifying the weights to your level, of course. Or, if you prefer a circuit-type workout, Low Impact Circuit is good as is Cardio & Weights.
 
I do have some of hers and want to do hers, I also dont mind buying more of hers if i need to.. I do dont like step so I would like to do rotations without it
