!st part of Imax2 is harder than second half

I don't know if any of you agree, but I really think the first half is harder and I and thrilled to make it to number 4 when she states the workout takes it up a notch. I really feel if I had to do 5 through 10 before 1 through 4 first, I wouldn't make it all the way through. Anyone else feel this way?

For me, I think the first half of Imax II is easier than the second half. I think the first half of Imax III, however, is quite a bit tougher than the second half. Imax I, in my opinion, is pretty even in terms of toughness when it comes to the first five intervals vs. the last five.

It doesn't seem like it to me, it seems to pretty much build in intensity. (I prefer interval workouts like Gin Miller's where you build up, then go down again before the end, rather than leaving some really tought stuff until far into the workout).

I think some of the blasts are far more difficult than others, and in a strange pattern, like 1-3-7-9 or something like that (can't remember what's what at the moment). I agree with Kathryn that it would be great to know when you're hitting the crescendo of the workout just for the mental relief of knowing you can handle what's next...

I agree that IMAX 1 is about even, although I found a couple of the blasts (to my relief) much easier than others. I've never done IMAX 3.

I think I'm the other way around. I find 2 builds up in intensity nicely, though everyone interprets that differently, ya know?? :)

I'm also the other way around. I do fine with 1-5, but start to feel it on 6-10. (#9 kills me every time).

The second half is tougher for me (though those one-legged jumps in the first half are murder!).

>getting the harder stuff over with.

I doubt you're doing anything 'wrong." We're just all built differently, and have different strengths and weaknesses. So something that is tough for one person might be easier, and vice versa.

I personally am not a natural at the jumps, so can only do width OR height, but not both at once, and often my air-jacks look like more of a move that Stewart on Mad TV would do ("look what I can do" feeble hop!)

I find the second half to be more difficult, and it does get harder for me when Cathe says she is taking it up a notch.

the hardest part for me is #5 and #9. I am fine with the rest. It is tough but I can take it. I love #6 because the intensity is much lower so you can recoop from #5.

I don't care where you put the darn thing, number 9 is hell!!!!!}( x(

I agree! I was finally able to complete #9 about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to jump for joy, but didn't have it in me for one more jump!
