Cathe or educate crowd?
I use to squat very heavy, 135-225lbs. and I don't think I've ever paid any attention to my thighs as much as I do now to notice the
"CRUMPS". It's not that bad, but I will not wear shorts until I can smooth them out. My quads are considerably thick, but b/c of the dimples my muscles are (to me) not so defined AAARRRRGGGGHHHHx( x( x( x(.
My question to anyone out there: would I have to continue squatting HEAVY (beyond 100 lbs) or could Cathe's workout suffice?--Leaner legs, L&G, Cardio Kicks? My dh is constantly telling in order to see the crumps gone I have to go back to squatting HEAVY. Is this true?
Please respond as I would HATE going back.
