Does anyone have a recommendation for a good, supportive sports bra??
I play soccer, run, and of course do all cathe videos. But, nothing ever seems to be that supportive. I hate when 'boobs' jiggle...Currently, I double up the sport bras (regular champion sport bra) It's uncomfortable wearing 2 bras! I'm about a 34C.
Thanks...
Alicia:)

hi alicia,

i wear champion and insport. with champion, look next to each bra for the support they have. i am a 34c as well and i hate bouncing as well. hey, who does. go for the high level. no need for two bras. these will hold you.

when i am training taekwondo, and my master tells us to bounce on the balls of our feet, i know that my boobs are in place.

I highly reccomend the enell sports bras. They are $50- 60 for one but they are well worth it. try enell.com for more info, I used to wear 2 also before I found enell, it is the only one I can wear without the bounce as I am unfortunately a lot larger than 34C x( x( x( .

Can I second the mighty Enell? I used to do kickboxing classes and had to hug my arms to my chest during jump kicks to stop the girls slapping me in the face; it was sooo uncomfortable. Then i got my Enell and suddenly cardio became a lot more appealing. Your boobs WILL NOT MOVE in an Enell. The bra may look like a medieval torture device but it really is the finest piece of sporting equipment i own :)

I too use to wear two sports bras. I now buy the danskin bras at walmart. less than ten bucks. I buy the that has a little padding in them so you dont look so flat chested like some of the bras make you look. I to am a 34c and they work well ,no bouncing and you look like you have boobs still.

>I paid good money for my boobs and am enjoying the occasional
>bounce and jiggle!!!:p :p

Charlotte,
You are too funny!!

I got my sports bra on clearance at Victoria's Secret. I just put it on over my regular bra and it works for me. I wear another top over my sports bra so no one sees the bra. I'm a 34C too.

I like Nike and Champion the best, you just need to pay attention the support level, champion uses low MCR, medium MCR, and high MCR - just look for high MCR and you won't need two. Check them out on-line, i've ordered from them on-line many times and they are very easy to work with if you need to return.

I love Enell and Panache Sports bras - both hold my breasts firmly in place:) I don't want sagginess when I'm older and want to minimize the jiggle as much as possible. I was a 36d and they worked beautifully.

I have the ultimate solution that has worked for me (at least)! I went through the bra battle and FINALLY found one that I love. I am the same chest size and found success with the Premier 2 (not 1) Under Armour sports bra. It is made for a c/d cup, unlike a lot of other bras.

They have great color selection and costs about $40. I HIGHLY recommend. It has changed my whole workout. I love it!

I got a medium, which sounds like it might work for you.

My favorite is Champion sports bra. You need to choose the one with the most motion control. I wear this for running and it's great; I'm a 34C and wear a medium in this bra.

Hope this helps.

Thanks run to step!
I love the idea of bra cup size! I'm gonna check it out!

Thank you all for your solutions:)

>Got to go with Enell. The best money I ever spent!

Ok...I went online and check out Enell. It seems like alot you like that bra. It looks like a serious sports bra! very supportive. Just what I need!
Question though: Does it have hooks all down the front of it? Couldn't tell by the picture. If so, how well do the hooks hold during alot of movement, do they bother when lying flat on chest?

Thanks.
Alicia;)

there are tons of hooks down the front of it - drives me crazy sometimes putting it on - but it does the job...very comfortable lying down on in any position really:) this bra holds in everything - even jiggly bits you didn't know you had! ;-)

I am a double D cup with a 36 band size, and Enell doesn't make a size to fit me. I wear the Shock Absorbers brand which is the best-selling line of sports bra in Britain. They come with band and cup sizes, and they also have bras for high and medium impact. I wear the high impact bra, and I don't bounce or jiggle at all, even when doing plyos and tuck jumps.

Champion sells a number of underwire styles that work very well for me. I wear a 36C and these are the first sport bras that did not give me the flattened, uni-boob look. Very comfy and the bonus is they look like there are two and actually in the right place! check out www.championcatalog.com

Shock Absorbers for me too! They come in 4 "bounce control" levels - I have a level 3 and a level 4 (I think this is the "high impact" one) and I don't move in either of them. I am a 34 DD.
