sports bra

I am looking for a very supportive sports bra and I have heard that enell sports bras are very good. I was just wondering if anyone has tried them and if they are worth their expensive price?

Hi LauraLea,

I recently had breast reconstruction/augmentation and I was so worried I wouldn't be able to do any high-impact exercise due to the bouncing and discomfort. I heard about the Enell on a breast support website, so I just had to try it. It really works. It is VERY tight at first, but once you get it on, you quickly forget about it. Be sure to pay attention to their sizing instructions. I wear it now whenever I run and when I do hi-lo or other hi impact Cathe workouts.

If you don't feel quite ready for an Enell, there are plenty of non-bounce bras available. Take a look at Title9sports.com. They rank their bras on the barbell system - 1 meaning little support, 5 being the most support. The Enell is the only bra on there with 5 barbells and its called the "Last Resort Bar" on their website.
I hope this helps.

I have two "last resort" bras and I can tell you after riding horses for 11 years, this is the only bra that can really withstand the "demands" of the sitting trot. It really holds the girls down!!! It looks like a corset, but it is suprisingly comfy.

There is also a Champion bra that is a favorite of mine - I have about 8 or 9 of them in various stages of wear. Even the older ones still are supportive for things like weight workouts and lower impact stuff. It's another masher type bra like the one mentioned above.

I have the Champion bra mentioned above!! I really like it!! Great for all the high impact and I love the fact that I can get it OFF easily after a workout:7 ( I used to have to get help to pull my other sports bras off:eek: )

Hope this helps!!

Take care and GOOD LUCK with your bra purchase:D

I just purchased an Enell myself and I am finding that, the more I wear it the better I feel about it. It is very tight when you first put in on and I do have to wait a little bit before I start so my body can adjust but I think the more you wear it the more is stretches some making it a little more comfortable. Of course after you wash it it is tight again. I am a 38 DD.

Hope that helps you!! All the sports bras with underwires were wearing out and the underwire would poke through so I was tired of that happening. Usually I don't wear anything but an underwire but the Enell has proved that you can have ultimate support and no underwire and it works.

:D

All my sports bras are from Title 9 Sports. I know I have a few of the frog bras, but I can't remember the name of the others. However, like the previous poster said, they rank the bras for you. They do have a website.
