Does anyone know what Split Jumps are? Is this a different name for an exercise Cathe usually does?

Hi Jennie! Split jumps are when you are in a static lunge position and you propel up and drop down repetitively into the split lunge position (you keep the same lead leg in front the whole time, then switch sides after a considerable amount of reps).

Nighty night :)

These get my glutes and quads so good -- I'm so glad they will be in the workouts! I'm excited about the plyo moves, I'm a huge fan of them.
