Spin Class with Coach Sean

Ah, so that's where the Hula Girls idea comes from! Melissa, thanks for sharing it!! I think my head is actually still in the clouds! I haven't been able to sit still all day, even though my legs are so heavy!

KrazyforTris -- Yes, his whole body is gorgeous! ;) (Must.stop.gushing. He's just too dreamy!)

I honestly have been feeling so guilty about the class this morning since I know how many of you gals are such die-hard fans! I was thinking, too, that I forgot to emphasize that the class was awesome, but it really wasn't the same as his actual CC workouts. He didn't use the motivational techniques and sayings that he does in the CC workouts, and I think there's much more magic when he's actually whispering in your ears! ;) So having him on your mp3 players all the time is probably much better than being in a spin class, where he is still a wonderful instructor, but in a more traditional way, if that makes sense!:)

Oh Leanne, you shouldn't feel guilty AT ALL!! I, for one, am THRILLED that you got to meet him so you could give us a first hand account of what he's like. We just know him from the mp3 workouts and an occasional email, but I'm not aware of anyone who's actually met him (although I'm sure SOMEBODY must have and they aren't talking :p :D ). It's nice to know that our mp3 workouts have a special quality not felt in the live class. :D

Definitely so! But, of course, you should still all make a trip out here to come work out with him in person!! :eek:
 
Leanne, you should not feel guilty at all and you are even more of a sweetheart for feeling that way!

As much as I would love to go to SD and meet him (and see you again, of course!), your experience is the closest I'll probably ever come.

So thank you for taking one for the team and enduring a Sean O'Malley spin class and photo op and sharing it with the rest of us!!!

Wow, here I am in Az, thinking Coach Sean is in Va! He is just a couple hours away. I have always been a CC fan, but was so touched when he lowered all his download prices last month, that I sent a little note along with my order.(I finally got #7&8!!)....just a little note thanking him for all he does for us, nothing long or terribly exciting.....and he actually sent me a note back. I just thought it was so nice!! Love the pics!

OH WOW!!!!!! Leanne, that is just so utterly cool! You are soooo lucky! If there's anything that could possibly drag me back to California, that just might be it. You say you have bunk beds, huh? :D
 
OK, ladies, it gets even better! I just checked my email, and he emailed me yesterday afternoon to thank ME for coming to his class, and to invite me to his Monday night class. He also wanted copies of the photos . . . and (the best part!!) he said to be sure to say "hi" to all his Cathe gals! Oh, he is so dreamy!

When are you all coming here to visit?? I'm getting the bunk beds and sleeping bags ready right now . . . . ;)
 
Leanne, it sounds like you had a blast! Those pictures are Perfect! :D Thank you so much for taking them and sharing them with us!!! I am so jealous too, but not sure I would actually be brave enough to do what you did. Stand next to the man!?!?! :eek: I think I'd faint :eek:

Are you going to go to his Monday class? You really have to. We all really NEED you to go.

I'm having heart palpatations...I think I have to leave work and go lie down for a little while!!
 
Oh, Melissa, you're so cute! I don't think I can make it today, but I'm seriously thinking about going next Monday night . . . . He told me that I'd "fit right in" to that class.

DH is none-too-thrilled about the fact that I now want to join all of the gyms where Coach Sean teaches! ;)
