Sorry, No Cathe May Rotation :(

Happy Wednesday Night Everyone...I'm so sorry that I won't be able to post a May rotation this month. The new workouts have me extremely occupied. I will definitely have one for you in June!
 
No worries Cathe you have years worth of rotations that we can look back on for a month.

Don't work too hard I appreciate your diligence in putting that special Cathe touch on your workouts.

I'm doing 4DS split this week and next week maybe CTX.

Honestly, I tried to follow the rotations and can't do it except the STS strength format.
My own rotation was doing oldest Cathe DVD to newest w/o STS strength.

Oooh! Thats a good combination. I haven't done CTX in a while.
 
The new workouts excite us more! Thanks for your hard work...Dave & I are using Gym Styles right now! Forgot how great they are!!!
 
Like we're gonna complain?!? Cathe, even though I'd like to believe you're super woman, I know there's only so many hours in a day and you can't stop the clock! Considering you just hosted a FABULOUS ROCKIN' Chicago Road Trip, teach two and three classes a day at Four Seasons AND you're fine tuning and filming some awesome new workouts...well, I think you can take a month off of spinning a rotation for May. Just take care of you too during this hectic time. We want OUR girl Cathe to be our workout partner for a very, very long time to come!! (C'mon girls, wheelchair races in the Wal-Mart parking lot! See you there when I turn 100!!)
 
I think that it is so healthy to just say...I am doing enough, in fact, a lot, and I cannot do it all. There is real freedom in that.

Besides, like others have said, there are so many rotations to choose from already.
 
I agree, Cathe. I'd rather have new workouts! Hope you are having fun creating those. We have tons of rotations to work from the past. :)
