Me too. I wanted to do a lower body workout today but couldn't. I was just too sore. I opted for hardstrikes instead - my all time favourite cathe dvd - along with AOLIH!
I only did TB Giant Sets Timesaver Premix #5 on Friday and the posterior chain is still reacting today and that's even after a new year's eve cardio marathon.
I hear everyone as far being sore goes (OW!)! Mistakenly thought I could do the floor segment of Cardio Slam along with PHA yesterday. Standing and sitting down... oh boy... legs are cursing at me!
