My main area of improvement has been in cardiovascular capacity. My endurance is much, much better than it's ever been. I use an elliptical, so I can't really say anything about actual running speed. But yes, I can go faster on my ellptical than when I started.
That said, I don't like to stick strictly with CC. I've had to lay off step for a while due to an injury, but I'm back at it, nearly to full capacity now. One thing that step gives me that using the ellptical does not, is agility and jumping power. Even though my cardiovascular strength is great, I was pooped after doing Cardio Fusion last night because I'm not used to jumping that much!
My measurements haven't changed... but then, they rarely do, no matter what changes I make to my workouts.
Another thing that CC gives me is the desire and ability to push past my limits. And I think that's started to show in my non-
CC workouts, too. Sean is a great coach. :7
