using cardio coach? have you lost wt since starting them, gotten faster for races, gotten leaner etc.... I heard HIIT sheds body fat like no other and was wondering if anyone is seeing this for themselves using CC. I feel like I am getting leaner and the scale is down a few pds but I havent been really watching what I have been eating either. Please share your results!!
 
I've dropped another pound, but I'm not sure if CC had a hand in it, or if that would have happened anyway thanks to my Cathe routine. :)
 
I have had great results using Cardio Coach and it's the only cardio I've used in months!

Even though I've been using CC for about 2 years, from the end of January to the beginning of May I didn't work out at all (I had 2 family members in two different long term care facilities in 2 different cities about 2 hours apart, so I didn't have time to workout :eek: ;( ). I started back up with CC in May and that's really all I've been doing.

I work out on my elliptical and I've noticed a slimming in my waist, hips, glutes, and thighs, and I've lost a few pounds as well. My endurance and strength have both improved and I'm able to go faster at a higher level of resistance. I'm a very satisfied CC customer!;) :D
 
I think CC is helping me lose those last 15 lbs a bit quicker. But the thing I feel it has done more for me is empower me to know that I can do more than I ever have done or ever thought I would. I'm increasing my personal best on speed and distance and never in a million years did I ever think I'd be running up hills! And doing all this while also enjoying running and the treadmill.
 
My main area of improvement has been in cardiovascular capacity. My endurance is much, much better than it's ever been. I use an elliptical, so I can't really say anything about actual running speed. But yes, I can go faster on my ellptical than when I started.

That said, I don't like to stick strictly with CC. I've had to lay off step for a while due to an injury, but I'm back at it, nearly to full capacity now. One thing that step gives me that using the ellptical does not, is agility and jumping power. Even though my cardiovascular strength is great, I was pooped after doing Cardio Fusion last night because I'm not used to jumping that much!

My measurements haven't changed... but then, they rarely do, no matter what changes I make to my workouts. :p

Another thing that CC gives me is the desire and ability to push past my limits. And I think that's started to show in my non-
CC workouts, too. Sean is a great coach. :7
 
I'm hoping all this hill climbing will tone my butt finally! I have such a hard time getting that area right under the butt and the outside part of the butt thats where my little fat pocket is and wont budge. Hopefully these will help me with those areas.
