The other night, after work, I decided to do Step Blast. 10 min. into it I tripped, twisted my ankle, heard quite a crack in my ankle and fell. What a klutz!:+ At first, I could hardly walk on it and it felt a little numb. I walked it off for about 5 min. and then surprizingly, finished the workout. I thought it would hurt too much to do step, but it was ok. My outer ankle is swollen along the bone and I iced it on and off yesterday, but it really doesn't hurt at all today. My dh says to let it rest a couple more days, but I can jump and I feel ok, but like I said it's swollen and just a little achey over the bone. I really want to exercise tomorrow morning. What do you experts think? Will I aggravate it more? I think I only will if I twist it again. I feel like Cardio Kicks tomorrow.
