Just to get a conversation going! I think after I spend a couple of hours painting the front porch I'll change into my workout clothes and tackle MIS. I haven't done that one in awhile. As I recall, Cathe is an animal in this one and goes really heavy with the weights!

Also, is anyone up for a challenge day this week? Pick a workout that is particulary hard and tackling it, say on Friday?
 
I think I will tackle PUB tonight. Yoga is during the lunch hour today. Then I will do the PLB on Wednesday and both in the premix on Sunday I think.

I'm doing PS & CTX Triceps, Muscle Endurance lower body, Bootcamp cardio, and either CTX or Bootcamp core.
 
I just completed Imax 1, which I haven't done in months.
It was a wake up call for me, as I just changed my
schedule to a.m. workouts. I feel very accomplished
already. The kids and I have plans to clean out the shed
and then go for a bike ride. I have the Gauntlet planned
for Friday. That will be a real challenge for me, as the
MTV awards are the night before, so I'll be up very late.:+
 
After a morning spent running errands, getting my kids ready for school tomorrow, then academic work this afternoon, I'm going to tackle all of MIC cardio either before or after I take my kids to judo class.....

My challenge for the week is getting to bed before 3am since I have to get the kids up for school by 7.45am, and right now, I'm still operating on Summer time!!!

Different sort of challenge.....

I am about to bake chocolate fairy cakes (cup cakes) with my eldest DD. She loves helping out. Tonight, I will be working out, and pedicuring my feet ! :)

I just did PS Strong Legs and Abs so I am done for the day! My hubby is home today so my day won't be quite like it normally is, I won't probably get any school work out of the boys with daddy home.:-( Oh well, we go on vacation next week so a little break longer break won't hurt too bad. Dh will go to work Tues,Wed, and Thur. of this week and taking Fri. off too. So I can do school on the days he is working:D .

I have IMax2 on the docket for tonight. Friday I have Power Hour scheduled, with the Cardio and Weights core work instead of PH abs. However, I am willing to amend my schedule if anyone wants to suggest a challenge! I ate a lot of cake this weekend. Cheesecake. And boy was it ever good. In fact it was so good I had a piece for breakfast yesterday. Needless to say, I'm going to challenge myself all week.
 
Sorting out my wardrobe (argh) and my paperwork :( While listening to the audio book of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone (it's a bank holiday in England and the film has been on over the weekend so I thought it was time to give the audio version that I bought a while ago, a try and it's great!) I have the version by Jim Dale, (from the Carry On films) and he's really good.

It's all in a good cause though. The legal work for my [car] accident has all been done and a hearing date has been set so we're just waiting to hear if we have to go to court or not. I'm hoping not because the thought scares me! So today, I'm working a little feng shui (I love it because it works whether you believe in it or not so I've switched from sceptic to believer though I am stil undecided on how much is headology (any Pratchett fans here? :D ) and how much is something mysterious) on my place and if I have time after, I'm going to try Body Max for the first time tonight. It could end up being a learning session so I might add on S&H Back and some yoga if it's not too late.

Just finished doing PLB after a 3 month hiatus (we just bought a house and needed to clear space free from boxes) so I'm ready for anything :)
 
Well I hav done my pilates for ABs, buns and thighs and did AB hits to complete that hour now I will do 50 minutes on the treadmill, and tonight I will either do Power Hour or Pure Strength Legs and Abs (minus the ABs) ... just got my PS dvd :7 .... Rhonda :7

p.s. I lost another lb, at 110 now

I did Imax 2 this morning. I plan to do some upper body weight work..SH(Chest/Back and Tri/Bis) or PS (CTS and BBA) this afternoon. Tomorrow will be an off day. A friend is helping me shampoo carpets and wash down walls etc, for my Fall cleaning. Doesn't that sound like fun? }(
 
I did Rhythmic Step this morning before work and plan on doing CTX Upper Body tonight. Unfortunately on Friday I won't be able to work out as we're taking off early for a lonnngggg weekend!
 
Well, unfortunately, I am a little sick today and have taken the day off of work. I'm not well enough to work out, but I had planned on trying Rythmic Step this morning and then doing Power Hour. Maybe tonight if I feel well. Mostly I am just sitting around and drooling, anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new puppy :D , anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new digital camera card reader so that I can post pictures of my baby as well as my trip to Italy, and anxiously waiting for myself to feel better. I need to try to use this day to catch up on homework :( but I'm not sure how well that will turn out :)

I'm doing a one body part per day workout for my strength training & doing more cardio. This is my 2nd week w/this rotation & I love it. Tonite its biceps & abs. Kathy
 
My husband is home from work today, so I sent him out to the grocery store, post office, hardware store to run errands. So far he has called me 4 times to ask questions, and he is still just at the first store!! I am planning on doing CTX Kickbox today, and I should be doing it right now because all three kids are napping, but instead I am sitting here eating pistachios and reading these forums. I guess I'll work out later today since hubby can keep an eye on the kids.
For Friday I am scheduling in Leaner Legs, which I absolutely dread, but I am on a CTX rotation right now and it can't be avoided.

Thanks :) I was wondering how he compares to Jim Dale. I've just finished listening to it and while he was very good, he just didn't do Hagrid justice. Robbie Coltrane does such a brilliant job as Hagrid in the film adaptations. I have got the other 3 books on audio and those are all by Stephen Fry and I'm looking forward to listening to how he handles the characters and the narration.
