So many choices

And every time AFTER I order, I find another Cathe workout I want that I failed to see before :) The "to buy" list keeps on getting longer.


Here's what's on the list, are any of them too similar to Afterburn, Athletic Training, B&G, Cardio Core Circuit? Which do you like the best?

STS Total Body
Ab Circuits
Cardio Supersets
Circuit Blast
Hiit Workout
Body Max 2
Intensity
High Reps
Lower Body Blast

I say yes to these:

LBB - has a barre workout in the premix, has both standing and floor and just flies by it's so much fun
Cardio Supersets - great premixes and just plain fun - no dread - I reach for this a lot
STS Total Body - long but you feel worked out and strong by the end
Hiit Workout - 3 great intense workouts that fly by
Intensity - this has great premixes, you can step, Hiit or bootcamp it and I love the music
High Reps - this is tough so has a bit of dread for me but love the music and the workout is great

I have heard great things about Circuit Blast and want it too. People say they love Body Max 2 - I never did! The step was tough for me to learn. Total Body Trisets is good but.... and I do not have Ab circuits. Exhale Core Fusion series does great ab work for me.

You might as well just get them all and get it over with ;). Just kidding!

Here are my choices:

1) High Reps

2) Intensity

3) Hiit

4) Body Max 2

5) Lower Body Blast

Cardio Supersets is a fav of mine, but it is similar to Afterburn (less intense).
I do not have ab-circuits, so I can't recommend it.

I don't have all of them but I do have Intensity, Lower Body Blast, 40/20 HiiT (downloaded just that one) only $7 ;), and Ab Circuits. All of which I really like! Intensity is a lot of fun, a little bit of everything! Do the maximum intensity premix so you can do the Bootcamp portion also! I just did LBB yesterday and LOVED it, my bottom definitely is feeling it today. In my opinion it's more fun than Butts and Guts. The HiiT I do have was a blast, amazing that you can work up such a sweat in just 30 mins! Ab circuits is awesome also, so much to choose from! You will love the options, the Pilates inspired abs is my favorite :)
I also want Total Body Trisets and Circuit

I have the same problem :D I have officially decided to switch to downloads and am resisting looking at the deal of the day from now on (after I bought terminator last week of course)
from your list,

I love total body Trisets, innovative moves and lots of fun it flys by

I don't have STS Total Body, I am not sure why but I haven't had been interested in this one yet. would love to hear more thoughts on it.
Ab Circuits - don't have, I stick to mostly pilates to recover from pregnancy.

Cardio Supersets - I love this one, less intense, fast and fun and with the bonus step section lots of variety and a good long workout if you want.

Hiit Workout - all 3 are awesome!

Body Max 2 - I feel kind of dumb, I can't really figure out what this workout is, circuit? cardio then weights? step aerobics?

Intensity - so much variety and great music, it is similar to the to new videos with changing segments
High Reps - fun and with a good burn!
Lower Body Blast - so versatile and fun. when I first got this I had gym mats and couldn't do the sliding disc work, and I felt a little cheated but now I have carpet and it is so much fun. it is so different than butts and guts. I like that the bonus barre work and all the various premixes too.

So I think the top of the list will be Intensity, High Reps, Lower Body Blast, and Total Body Trisets. I'm thinking of ordering these along with the preorder of Xtrain; think I should get another job first

Followed by Circuit Max, Cardio Supersets, STS Total Body

I think I am going to practice the step moves in the preview of Body Max 2 as I am choreograph challenged, so we'll see how that goes. Honestly I don't see myself doing just abs workout so I think Ab Circuits is off the list. I have abs covered enough with Butts & Guts, Crossfire, Cardio Core, and other vids.
