So I have to ask - I just saw the agenda posted to the RT website and it looks like LOTS of surprises are in store regarding the TYPES of workouts we'll be doing with Cathe (other than Boot Camp which scares me, that was a TOUGH one last year!).
My question...will you be divulging what workouts we'll be doing throughout the weekend or will it be entirely a surprise? I'm dying over here, if you couldn't tell
PS. Also very excited that there's an extra yoga option during the group A/B section, I'm such a diehard for being excited for ANOTHER workout option added to the itinerary I know!!
