I just weighed in and I lost a pound!! I changed the way I eat and controlled my munchies, if I get the munchies I have been eating oranges or some kind of fruit! and cut my portions down and I still eat a 3 muskateers after dinner!! I get in cardio about 2 to 3 days a week and do mostly weights!
 
That's awesome! There's nothing like seeing the scale moving in the right direction to give you a boost of self confidence. Congratulaions!

That is so great Leslie:) Doesn't it feel great. Keep it up. I know it is hard to stay away from the bad munchies}( Lately it has been hard for me but coming here to the forum can really keep you motivated.
