Hi SNM, I know you all are busy, but can you get this thread off of here? I don't think Cathe wants anymore suggestions for the workouts she is all ready in the middle of filming.

And for posters: She has a place for suggestions on the home page. That would be great for the NEXT batch of vids. (Not that you're not valuable;-).)

I really wish they would delete those old messages. I know it's really silly but I get irritated as he** when I see people still responding to those messages when Cathe has made it MORE than obvious that production has not only begun but been completed.
