Apologies if this has been addressed before:
I work out on a carpeted surface, and I do see that paper plates are heavily used for the leg and core work in the new series.
Will paper plates be as effective on a carpeted surface (I notice that your studio's surface is hardwood flooring), or would commercially-prepared gliding discs be better?
