Is there not an easier way to adjust weight amount without having to go back to 1 rep max calculator? Based on amount lifted in meso 1 that would automatically adjust the whole workout for those exercises to the increased % you will be lifting. I have spent so much time changing weight amounts in 1rpm to get the right weights recorded for what I actually was able to do in the workout. Hope this is making sense to what I am asking.
