Hi all,
I'm trying to add more snacking to my daily regimen. I normally have an apple and a banana as a snack each day because they are tasty and simple to keep at my desk. I try to snack throughout the day so that don't get hungry, and overall I take in around 1800/1900 cals a day. Now, however, I think I may need to stock up on some snacks that are higher in protien. I've read that protien stays in the bloodstream longer and can keep you from feeling hungry or having cravings for a longer period of time. I also think that I generally do not get enough protien and fiber in my diet. Anyone have any suggestions for snack foods with more of these things in it?
