Slow and Heavy or Gym Style

I discovered Cathe last year and love her workouts. I have the PUB/PLB, Cardio and Weights, IMAX 2 and Power Hour. I want to get either Slow and Heavy or Gym Style to supplement my workouts and I can't decide which series to get. I know that they are both for building strength and muscle definition. Any suggestions?
 
Both are great, but I find that I reach for the Gym Styles more. The GS dvds have premixes for shorter workout options when you're short on time, the SH series doesnt. Also SH requires alot of mental concentration and I find that I cant do them more than 2 weeks in a row or I get bored b/c they're a slow 6-2 count. I also love the band work in Gym Styles.
 
I love they Gym Styles. I was going to get Slow and Heavy but because of STS I didn't. If you get Fit TV you can preview Slow and Heavy. It will be listed under Cardio Blast with sub headings Chest and Back, Biceps and Triceps, and Legs and Shoulders it won't say S&H I think. I think there is a Cathe Fit TV schedual on this website.

I love them both, and I would recommend eventually getting both. However, I think I would go with Gym Styles first if I had to pick!
 
I love both series, too, but, like Katie said, if you can just get one series, I'd say to start with Gym Styles since they are more universally loved around here.

You definitely can't go wrong with them!:)
