SLOW AND HEAVY 2.0

I love this idea. A slow and heavy workout. Be nice if the legs were split into the "have a squat rack" heavy and "no squat rack" workouts so if you have a squat rack you can really heavy up,
 
I love the idea of a Slow and Heavy pace. The idea is up my alley.
