What does Hi/Lo stand for? Is it high impact/low impact, high intensity/low intensity, or high intensity/low impact? I know, I know. . . I said it was a silly question. Cannot figure it out though, and well, just want to know.
Hi/Lo is generally aerobic work done on the floor, unlike step or kickboxing that has more specific type of aerobic movements. (Think Jane Fonda aerobics from back in the day!)
