short workout

Does cathe make an effective short [40 min or less] workout? Sometimes a quick workout is better than none at all.

opps, just saw Avondale's post below. We do differ in our question B/c I am looking for a weighted full body workout.

This isn't really the answer you're looking for, but if I only have 40 min to do a weight workout, I'd do just upper or lower (i.e. either the upper or lower body premix of Muscle Max). Or maybe do the lower body portion with some pushups, pullups and dips.

ETA: as far as I know, Cathe doesn't make a full body workout that is under 40 min, but I think Push/Pull is about 45 minutes.

Have you looked at Timesaver dvd? Not a full body weight workout, but still all are under 48 min. The dvd has 5 separate workouts taken from the Body Blast series, some using new footage. Each workout has a cardio portion and then weights where you work 1 or 2 body parts.
I like doing the Timesaver, but I forget about it. So many Cathe workouts, so little time!!
