Shoe in HS

Hi Cathe I know you get this alot about what u are warring in a video and I know Rykas usually but I am asking about Hard strikes in particular, which Rykas was it? And was it even Rykas ? They had a pink bottom. Also are those good and cushiony?

Not Cathe here, but those shoes look almost identical to the pair I use everyday.
They are Ryka Transitions.

I personally use them for my "high impact" shoes, but it's worth noting that I normally workout in Vibrams or barefoot.
They provide enough cushioning for me. But I've read from others out here that they are not their optimum shoes for high impact work.

Hi Renee,

I think that the sneaker you are referring to may be the Ryka Studio Flex (picture attached) . Unfortunately it's not the easiest sneaker to find at the moment. I do like the Ryka Transpire as well. It has nice cushion and good lateral support.
