Shipping Update! - October 17th

UPS just made their last pickup at 8pm tonight. Today was another very good day for shipping and we have now shipped over 80% of all the presale orders. Tomorrow we should finish shipping the rest of the presale orders with the possible exception of those who ordered on the last day or two of the presale. In the event we don’t finish all the presale orders tomorrow we will definitely finish them all on Friday. Customer service is still backlogged just a little so please hang in there. We will get to you just as soon as we can. Staff that has been busy shipping will return to their customer service rolls on Friday. Also, tracking information may be delayed and take a little longer since UPS was here so late tonight.
 
As always, you guys score high marks with me for outstanding customer service.

And I'm very excited, because I got my notification today :) Of course, living in Philly, I suppose I could have driven to the gym on Monday for a pick up!

EXCITED and FRUSTRATED!!!! I can't get a tracking number to track my package and to see what address it is coming to. I normally have it all come to my office since I am not home at the time UPS comes by. But the UPS at my home now gives all my packages to my neighbor by mistake (new guy) and it is like pulling hair to get my packages from my neighbor! AUGH!!

Now I need the new workout to work off this frustration!! HELP! }(
 
Nevermind.... UPS caught up, but that was frustrating not seeing it! Now I am half excited.... I saw the workouts on its way, but where the HECK is the driver!! Come on drive that truck like you are qualifing for NASCAR! Just make sure my box is secure when taking corners!! :D

HURRY UP UPS MAN you have my CATHE workouts, and from what I heared I will be kicking in your UPS door when I see you pull up so I can get my hands on my DVDS!!!!}( }(
