As of tonight we have shipped about 1/3 of the pre-sale orders. Hopefully, we can pick up the pace tomorrow and get another third of the orders out.

We've see some common worries and questions today on the forums about orders from customers that we would like to address in this thread:

#1. You have not received an email notification that your order has shipped - This is actually a popular topic and problem with every pre-sale release. The emails that are sent come from UPS Quantum view. We would guess that about 10% to 20% of customers will never receive a UPS shipping notification email, but try not to worry as this is rarely a sign of a problem. Hundreds of people will not receive an email from UPS, but their orders will show up on their door steps just fine like they always have in past pre-sales.

#2 Your pre-sale order does not show in your account at www.shopcathe.com - This is also not a problem. Pre-sale orders can't be viewed online. Only orders for non-presale DVDs can be viewed at www.shopcathe.com.

#3 Is their another way I can Track my order? - Yes, go to http://www.cathe.com/UPS_Tracking_Page.htm and enter the phone number (USA customers only) that you used when you pre-ordered. (only enter numbers, no spaces or dashes). This method is also not perfect, but it does give you another alternative.

We hope these answers will help to calm some worries and we hope everyone that has received their STS discs are enjoying them.
 
Thank you for your answer, but for international customers like me, in what way I can know if my order is shipping or not? I live in Roma Italy my order is 18398. Thanks again for your support
 
This is the first time I ever preordered something and I never know there would be so much anticipation and excitement just waiting for my order to be delivered to me. Like Chiara, we are so far away and the waiting is really killing. Such excitement and now with the descriptions given by those who have received it, wow, it makes me waiting so anxiously for mine to arrive.

Just FYI..Dont panic if the above system doesnt work for you either...I only have 2 possible phone #s and neither shows up in the UPS tracking system..BUT I got my UPS email....We'll all get them eventually.
 
Another tip. I couldn't remember what phone number I used, but I did order something else when I ordered STS. That shipped right away and in the ship notification from UPS, there was my phone number. So I now know what phone number to put in when I check the page every 15 minutes to see if my order has shipped yet. ;)

It's strange because I entered my phone number WITH dashes and it pulls up my previous history of things I've ordered, but not my new one because it hasn't shipped yet. When I entered my phone number WITHOUT dashes or spaces it doesn't recognize it and gives me an error message to try something else. So, what's the point of my message? You may want to try and enter your number both ways and see what results you get.
