We're into March now. And, I thought it would be good for those who have had successes this year so far with weight loss or toning up, share with us to give us ideas, motivation and inspiration.

Thanks a bunch!!!!

Hi everyone :)

After completing 3 of Cathe's rotations (LIS Nov, Hi/Low Dec, Feb Lower Body), I am happy to confirm that THEY WORK!! I am beyond pleased with my results, as they have redefined my pear-shape when nothing else had. I will admit, I am not the cleanest eater, but I was trying to eat "healthier" and "cleaner" while allowing myself all the foods I love without deprivation. Personally, portion control fits my lifestyle. I CANNOT eliminate certain foods from my diet, so yes I indulge in the occasional burger and chocolate bar. Guilt free. I don't feel my "story" is anything special though. I'm just a normal gal with the determination to lead a healthy lifestyle and be a good example for my loved ones.

After doing LIS a few times after it came out, I came up with my own rotation from my oldest Cathe workouts like Muscle Endurance, Step Blast to the newest of LIS. My cardio and my muscle endurance have improved tremendously even turning 50 in the midst of it. Like Natty, I LOVE to eat so portion control and moderation is for me. The better my clothes fit, the better I feel.

I met a weight loss goal! I give myself a 5 pound range. Normally I'm toward the upper side, but when I got on the scale yesterday I was at the low end! Perhaps it's time to set a new range and say I'm on the upper side of this range.

BTW, I told my husband of this little milestone. So when we went grocery shopping yesterday and I was looking at the cookies, he was quick to remind me that I just reached a goal earlier! Needless to say, I didn't buy the cookies. When I got home, I did IMax 2 and Stretch Max.

Managing to keep off the 10+ pounds (and body fat) that I lost last summer thanks to Weight Watchers and excellent work outs!

Congratulations to everyone else on their wonderful accomplishments as well! Great job ladies!:D

I will consider it a success if I can finish the LIS/STS 3 month rotation without interuption...So far so good. I just got over a nasty head cold that happen to fall during the first active recovery week!

My accomplishment: managing to fit in a full workout 5-6 days/week as a new mom of a 3 month old baby girl! (Couldn't do it without my DH and making early morning workouts a priority.)

I have tried and tried and tried... and tried again some more ... since my 3rd kid was born 20 months ago to get back on the exercise band wagon. It seemed I'd get back on it only to be sidelined by illness, laziness or what-have-you. Since January, though, I've been exercising 5-6 days a week. That in and of itself is an accomplishment to me! It's so exciting to be doing my beloved Cathe workouts again and my newish gym membership is adding to my motivation. I hope it continues! More than anything, like others said, I just want to be healthy. So far so good! :D
