Hi! I dont have a clue what workouts to do this week, just one of those phases we all have. I would love it if you would share what you have planned for the week. I need some inspiration!!

Here is what I am doing.
Mon - AM full body toning gym class, PM A cardio funk(dancy) gym class
Tues - 45 min interval run
Wed - off
Thurs - full body gym class and cycle
Fri - interval run
Sat - 1hr step class and PUB
Sun - CardioKicks

I know there is not a lot of Cathe in here but I am taking a little bit of a break from her so I am more excited for the new series. You can substitute her ME tape or Power hour for the gym full body workouts I do. Hope it helps a little.
 
No problem. However, please note that I am rotating the next few weeks with the Slim Series & Taebo. I am copying and pasting from my log:

September 23, 2003 Tuesday: Run & PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
September 24, 2003 Wednesday: Imax 2 (1-5) and Back Biceps and Abs
September 25, 2003 Thursday: Mix it up
September 26, 2003 Friday: Taebo
September 27, 2003 Saturday Tear it up
September 28, 2003 Sunday Bootcamp OR Cardio & Weights
September 29, 2003 Monday Imax2

Monday - IMax 2
Tuesday - Power Hour w/C&W core and abs
Wednesday - Rhythmic Step
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Muscle Endurance
Saturday - CTX 10-10-10 + Power Circuit (circuits only)
Sunday - possibly a kickboxing workout, although I may be recovering from a wedding I am attending on Saturday. ;-)

Here's my week.

Monday- CTX Step and Intervals (warm up and cardio) + CTX 10-10-10 (cardio only) + 5 minute stretch.\
Tuesday- a floor work cardio
Wednesday- MIS
Thursday- Step Fit
Friday- Muscle Endurance

Going out of town for the weekend so will see what comes up.
 
Here's mine for the week:

Monday: Body Max + Muscle Endurance: Lower Body premix
Tuesday: 40 min Interval Run + ME: Upper Body premix
Wednesday: 10-10-10 and Boot Camp Cardio Only + ME: Lower Body
Thursday: 40 min Interval Run + ME: Upper Body
Friday: MIC Hi/Lo and Section 2 Rhythmic Step + ME: Total Body

Thanks!! I've never done the ME upper body mix or just the heavy weights from C&W. I'll have to toy around with those in a rotation. As I'm sitting here I was thinking of...

S&H Chest + CTX Chest + core

S&H Back + CTX Back
CTX LL + floor and abs from PSLA
S&H Shoulder + CTX Shoulders
Cardio
S&H Bicep + CTX Biceps + core
Legs workout of some kind
S&H Triceps + CTX Triceps + core

Of course I'd have a rest day in there, that's just the order of the workouts I was tossing around in my mind. I have a knee problem so have to be careful about my leg workouts. Hmmmmm, I'll have to ponder this one some and also take a closer look at some of the premixes. Ive been thinking of doing a one body part per day rotation for awhile. So much to think about lol!

Ha ! If I can shake this blasted head cold, my week looks something like this:

TUES: Solid Gold Cardio + Cathe Abs + Lotte Berk BE
WEDS: Kickbox + Cathe Abs + LB HRA
THURS: Wedding Step + Cathe Abs
FRI: Still Jumping + Cathe Abs + LB BE
SAT: Cardio Kicks + Cathe Abs + LB HRA

Here's my rotation if I can get over this sinus problem that I've had since Sunday which is making my head throb continuously:

Monday: Muscle Endurance (felt too bad to do my normal Kickboxing class for cardio)
Tuesday: PS all of the upper body work & Ab Class and Step Class at my gym
Wednesday: PS Strong Legs and Abs & 45 minutes on treadmill or bike (maybe some yoga afterwards)
Thursday: S&H Biceps and Triceps & Ab Class and Step Kickboxing class at gym.
Friday: S&H Back and Chest & 45 minutes on treadmill
Saturday: S&H Legs and Shoulders & 1 1/2 hour step class at gym.
Sunday: REST!!
 
This is what i have come up with to do in Oct. Like like to mix up doing Cathe and going to the Gym.

Mon - 1hr Step class and 1hr Basic training gym class(like ME)
Tues - PS Back, Bi and abs (in the Basic Training class they seem to not work these muscle groups very much so i think it is ok to do this tape the next day)
Wed - PS Chest,shoulders, tris
Thurs - Cycle
Fri - Interval run
Sat - cardio Circuit gym class and a 30 min steady run, PS legs
Sun - off

I have not done the Powers Series in forever so i am excited to do them again.

Let me know your thoughts. I usually do 5 days cardio and this only has 4 but they are all really intense so I think it will be ok.

I would love to add some variety to my Cathe workouts and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the Shape It Up/Tear It Up and Slim Series videos are and also if you could tell me where I could find them.

They can be found at beachbody.com. They're part of the 6 dvd/vhs set called Slim Series. They're also the longest of the 6 clocking at about 75 minutes. The entire SS using a combo of high rep/light weight/light cardio. If you goto videofitness.com you should able to do a search for the "everything slim series" thread that is a compilation of previous posts about the SS.

Hi everyone! I'm new here and actually this is my first post. In the past few month I've got totally hooked on Cathe. She is the best.

Here is my menu of the week:

Mon: leaner legs & 30 min easy run
Tues: pyramid upper body & 30 min nordictrack
Wed: 6 min run & sholders & abs from "all step"
Thurs: pyramid lower body & 30 min stairmaster
Fri: cxt upperbody & 30 min run
Sat: 30 min nordictrack
Sun: half marathon race

Here is my rotation for this week. Keep in mind that I am coming off of a 4 week rotation of one body part per day with 5 cardio days & six days total.

Sunday: power hour
Monday:Body Max parts 1 & 2 ( weights sub with intense biking to keep it cardio only)
Tuesday: power hour
Wednesday: 75" outdoor walk at 140beats per minute ( about a 13" mile)
Thursday: treadmill walk with hill challenges
Friday: either BC, CK, or Imax2 (depends on how I feel)
Saturday: rest

Sunday- thursday : off to Boston to see my daughter (new college freshman!) planned long outdoor walking workouts and abs in hotel room!

following week: any suggestions?
