Here's what I plan to do, starting today. I mixed it with the Body Blast Series. Keep in mind, I'm trying to atone for a weekend FULL of bad carbs! I'll never do that again, because I felt like I was getting sick. Anyway, here goes:



Mon - 2/14: IMAX 3 (1st five intervals) + MUSCLE MAX + STRETCH MAX #2

Tue - 2/15: KPC (Cardio Conditioning) + KICK MAX (Leg Conditioning Drills)

Wed - 2/16: HIGH STEP CHALLENGE + STRETCH MAX #3

Thurs - 2/17: DAY OFF!

Fri - 2/18: IMAX 3 (intervals 6-10) + Core Max 2

Sat - 2/19: GYM STYLE - LEGS + STRETCH MAX #1

Sun - 2/20: KPC (combos 1-3) + GYM STYLE - BACK SHOULDERS & BICEPS

Mon - 2/21: GYM STYLE - CHEST & TRICEPS +KPC (Abs) + STRETCH

Tue - 2/22: DAY OFF!

Wed - 2/23: SJP (no hi-lo)

Thurs - 2/24: STEP BLAST

Fri - 2/25: PUSH PULL (Total Body 2X premix) + Stretch Max #3

Sat - 2/26: DAY OFF!!!

Sun - 2/27: HSTA + abs from MUSCLE MAX

Mon - 2/28: DAY OFF IN ANTICIPATION OF CATHE'S MARCH 2005 HARDCORE ROTATION!!!
 
I received all my DVD's last Tuesday night. So far, my rotation for this week is:
(2/9-2/15)
W: HSC, CM #3
Th: KM
F: MM, CM #1
S: IMAX3
S: GS C&T, CM #3
M: GS Legs
T: GS BSB, CM#2

Next week (2/16 - 2/22), I plan to keep the same schedule, with the exception of putting in LowMax in either KM or IMAX3 place.

The following week (2/23-2/28), I will incorporate HCE on a cardio day as well, possibly Wednesday HCE #1.

By then, Cathe will be posting a rotation for March, which I'll most likely follow.

I'm doing a 10 day rotation and just repeating it for 30 days:

Day 1 - Muscle Max
Day 2 - Imax 3 + Stretch Max #1
Day 3 - High Step Challenge
Day 4 - Core Max #1 + Stretch Max #2
Day 5 - Gym Style Chest and Triceps + Core Max #2
Day 6 - Low Max
Day 7 - Gym Style Legs
Day 8 - Gym Style Back, Biceps, Shoulders
Day 9 - Kick Max
Day 10- Core Max #3 + Stretch Max #3

Day 4 and Day 10 are easy stretch/core days in place of a day off.

Tues- Imax 3 Int 1-5 (build up to the whole thing) + Gym Style Chest and Tris
Wed- Lowmax (1/2 of it, build up to the whole thing) + Gym Style Back etc.
THURS- Kickmax (1/2 of it, build up to the whole thing) + Gym Style Legs
FRI- OFF
Sat- IMAX 3 (whole thing)
SUN- Lowmax (whole thing)

Add Core Max and Stretch max as desired/needed

question: what are your goals? strength or fat loss??? I'm trying to lose some fat, then, eventually, build up my strength...what do you think experts????

I've posted this in another thread as well, but here goes:

Here's my version of a P90X-like rotation using all the Hardcore workouts.

Weeks 1-3 build muscle strength and size, provide for plenty of recovery, and minimize cardio to keep that precious muscle from being burned up:
Monday (or whatever your day 1 is!): GS back/shoulders/biceps + abs
Tuesday: IMax 3 (or Low Max)
Wednesday: GS Chest/triceps + abs
Thursday: Strench max (all 3 sections)
Friday: GS Lega + abs
Saturday: Kick Max
Sunday: Off or stretch

Weeks 4 and 8 are "recovery" weeks, focusing on core strength and stretching.
Monday: Core max (all 3 segments)
Tuesday: Low Max
Wednesday: Stretch Max (all 3 segments)
Thursday: High Step (or Low Max again)
Friday: Core Max
Saturday: Low Max
Sunday: Stretch or off

Weeks 5-7 are cardio-focused (something that P90X doesn't do, but it's one of Cathe's forte's, so belongs in a Cathe rotation!)
Monday: Hardcore Extreme workout (1, 2 or 3)
Tuesday: Muscle Max
Wednesday: stretch + core (one of each)
Thursday: Low Max
Friday: Muscle Max
Saturday: Hardcore Extreme (1, 2 or 3)
Sunday: stretch or off

I started this rotation yesterday with Back/shoulders/biceps.
 
An addition/correction

The P90X-like rotation should add:
Weeks 4, 8 and 13 : recovery
Weeks 9 and 11 (same as weeks 1-3)
Weeks 10 and 12 (same as weeks 5-7).
 
Hi Gloria, My fitness goals is to shave just a bit of fat, but mainly firm up, ya know, like Cathe?? (in my dreams, haha).
Well, I'm not a rotations expert, but in the January 2004 rotation Cathe did, I noticed more cardio was emphasized for that month for fat loss. Maybe you could try something like:

Day 1: I3 plus CM (your choice)
Day 2: MM
Day 3: HSC
Day 4: LM plus CM (your choice)
Day 5: GSL
Day 6: KM
Day 7: off/SM
Day 8: GSCT plus CM (your choice)
Day 9: I3
Day 10: GSBSB plus CM (your choice)
Day 11: GSL plus leg drills from KM
Day 12: LM plus CM (your choice)
Day 13: HSC
Day 14: SM
Day 15: HCE (your choice)
