How many days per week do you weight train? You might want to start by just cutting out the cardio on those days and see what happens.
The other days you can do 60 mins of cardio per session if you want. I don't often go for 60 mins anymore because I've realized I don't need to but you have to play around with it. Again, different things work for different people. I usually stick with 30-45 mins of cardio and even do an occasional 20 min session!
