I decided to try to add some salmon into my diet on my salad today and opened a can of pink salmon and it was a bit hard to get past the black skin and also what looked like a spine and some very tiny white bones. Is there an easier way? Can you buy it de-skinned and de-boned. I picked and picked til I got some pieces without that stuff but it wasn't very appetizing looking at it. Eeeew! It did taste a bit like tuna which I like. (Out of a can.) Thanks for any help. I am trying to put some more protein and EFA's into my diet. http://www.fun-gifs.de/animiertegifs/fische/9.gif
