Just saw this during my daughter's naptime, and sounded like a fun challenge
Here's a thought for a 6-week rotation that you could do twice. My idea was, two weeks heavy UB, one week endurance/circuit UB.
I'm sure others can make suggestions to improve upon this, but here's a starting point:
WEEK 1
Mon: RWH Chest/Shoulders/Tris + RWH Bonus Abs 2
Tues: XTrain AOLIH
Weds: Lift It Hiit It Legs + RWH Bonus Abs 1
Thurs: RWH Back/Shoulders/Bis
Fri: Party Rockin Step 1
Sat: Flex Train
Sun: OFF
WEEK 2
Mon: Cardio Leg Blast
Tues: RWH Chest/Shoulders/Tris + X10 segment of choice
Weds: Rockout Knockout + Xtrain bonus core 1
Thurs: RWH Back/Shoulders/Bis
Fri: Tabatacize
Sat: RWH UB Circuit + RWH bonus abs 1
Sun: OFF
WEEK 3
Mon: Xtrain Bis/Tris + Low Imact Hiit 1
Tues: Lean Legs + Abs
Weds: Pary Rockin Step 2
Thurs: Crossfire
Fri: XTrain Chest/Back Shoulders
Sat: Great Glutes Extreme
Sun: OFF
WEEK 4
Mon: Burn Sets Bis/Tris + Plyo Hiit 2
Tues: Rockout Knockout + Heavy Bag Bonus
Weds: RWH LB Circuit
Thurs: Burn Sets Chest/Back/Shoulders
Fri: To The Max
Sat: RWH UB Circuit
