Congrats!!!! You are doing better than me, I still have a hard time with those even on my elbow. I have issues with a lot of side planks because of my left shoulder. It seems that ever since my rotator cuff repair, I have a hard time balancing on it for too long, so I don't push it. I do what I can, stop, then go back in.


I finally got that new bike manuever with one straight leg - on both sides even! It has taken me years to get to those side planks on my elbows. I've had to build up strength in my shoulders. So it will probably take me years to get to the full flying angel or snow angel around here, but that's okay. Baby steps. We all have so much to be proud of from all of our hard work.
