Good morning ladies,

Yesterday I did IMAX 2 and Slow and Heavy Tri & Bi!!! I have one more day of cardio tomorrow than I will start week 3 of the rotation!

I think I will do Slow and Heavy legs and 30 min. cardio for the the bike ride! It is to hot outside here in El Paso !!!

Vicki my computer didn't work the other day, I was going grazy!

Heather I hope your foot feels better soon! Get lots of rest!

Good morning ladies.

Where is everyone? I am usually after a list of folks on this. Today I went to a 15X4 class (hi-lo, step, kickbox and weights for 15 minutes each) I am really hoping to get out early and ride my bike this evening.

Nutritionals

B: PB with toast and an apple
S: Kashi Cereal
L: Veggie Soup and Salad, low fat cup cake
S: Popcorn and apple
D: Fish and salad
 
Hi girls! I've been on vacation all week. And I mean vacation!!! Doing what I want to do - if and when I want to....Loving It!!!:7 Probably a bit too much.

Today is PUB and Cardio Kicks. I opted for a long fast walk yesterday evening instead of PUB (I'm doing the June rotation) so I'll just do these both today.

My eating sure could be alot better....here's hoping that I'll get back on track when I go back to work Monday.

Belinda - don't you just love IMAX 2 and the Slow & Heavy series? I also really like the gym style series.

Crabbyella - awesome eating! Do you plan your meals the day before?

Today I did S&H BT and Abs and was able to do exactly the same weights as Cathe. I have a Pilates class in a little while. I am following Cathe's June rotation, but am a week behind.

Liann--Hope you are feeling better. Let us know.

Jacque--Sometimes I think siblings fight for mom's attention, which is not fun for mom, but is all very normal.:-( You burned 600 calories with LIC...WOW!

Vicki--Sorry about the computer problems.

Heather--Hope you feet feel better soon.

Belinda--Is it hotter in El Paso than it is in Ft.Worth??:p I went to El Paso years ago for a football game and had a nice time. Very friendly people!

Crabbyella--Never heard of a 15x4 class...interesting. Your meals sounded yummy and nutritious.

Tina--Glad you enjoyed your vacation. CK is a fun one! You double-up people amaze me!

Tina I love IMAX 2 and the S & H very much! They are so much fun! Even my DD Alesia (bayernbaby) enjoyed doing Imax2 yesterday. She did it for the first time}( Where did you go on vacation? Sounds like you had alot of fun!

Gin I had no idea you are doing Cathe's June roation too?? Since you are a week behind the rotation, maybe I will slow down a bit! How far are you in the roation? I am almost done with week 2!!! I really have to get off the computer and start my workout!

Hi guys! I think I am doing better today. I am just keeping really close tabs on how I'm feeling and if it still hurts this weekend, I will go see the doctor on Monday. They are really good at getting you in quickly when something is wrong. I just know I'm going to get lectured about my tan if I do go in though! lol

I feel so out of the exercise loop reading all of your posts!

Belinda - I'm probably one of the few people who finds slow and heavy relaxing. I like the slower pace. It was probably a good compliment to Imax 2 in my opinion. Have fun with the leg portion tonight! Are you going to do that before or after your bike ride? ;)

crabbyella - Our ranks appear to be dwindling down. It will probably pick up towards the end of July. My hat goes off to you for you feeding plans. My eating has been horrible! :eek:

Tina - Lucky you on vacation! I could really use one right now! Hope you had a good time. :)

Gin - Congrats on being able to use the same weights as Cathe!!! Only in my dreams! ;)
 
Girls, just dropping in to say Hello! I am late today, been in meetings all day. I've read your posts but don't have a lot of time to comment to everyone. Yesterday was Kelly's Step Boxing (1/2 of it) then 15 minutes on the bike. I couldn't really get into the routine, it just didn't click with me. Tonight will be PLB. Have a great day everyone.
 
Hello.

I tried to makeup for not working out yesterday. I did LIC Cardio Premix plus Blasts Only Premix followed by KPC (no abs--didn't have time). I have been lacking in the weight workouts the past few weeks. I guess that is ok b/c my doctor said my finger is not quite healed and I should not be lifting anything heavy. Maybe I can make it to the gym on Saturday for weights (and try to not hold the weight with my pinky).

Tina...It sounds like you have enjoyed your vacation!!! Good vacations make it so hard to return to the real world doesn't it:)
