Rotations of workouts

I have purchased a few DVD workouts from Cathe and would like some help on how I can use the workouts per week. These are the workouts: Lift It Hiit Legs, Lift It Hiit Circuit Upper Body, X Train Supercuts, Flex Train, Crossfire and Stretch Total Body. Can you help me and tell me which workout to use each day of the week? I don't need to use all 6 DVD's. Thank You !!!!

Mon - Hiit Circuit Upper Body
Tue - Crossfire
Wed - Hiit Legs
Thu - XTrain Supercuts
Fri - Rest or another cardio of your choice. If Crossfire has premixes you can do a premix off it for a good cardio workout
Sat - Flex Train
Sun - yoga, stretch or rest

You can add any one of the 3 stretch segments off Stretch Total Body to any of the workouts afterwards as a good stretch cool down depending on how you feel and how much time you have. I'm a big believer in stretching and if you have time to do a stretch workout every day by all means go for it.

You have a good mix to hit every body part and get your cardio in too. Hope this helps get you started. Good luck.
