Rotation that made my lower body smaller!!!

I did Imax2 tonight. I think this KPC, SJC, L&G, PUB, PLB, Imax.. one week and then KPC, SJC, Imax2, SS, PP, l&g.. will be great.

Know what you mean Candi sure can feel that.

Robyn, IMAX 2 aah!!! great workout. I haven’t done this workout in a long time. Surely it has been over 6 months And I love this workout too. Nice rotation you have. Keep up the excellent work

I did MIS upper & abs last night and after I finished my arms were like jelly. Haven’t done UB since last year. I lost all my beautiful muscle tone that I once had arghhhh.

Anyhoo, tonight is Cardio Kicks, such a fun tape, but first I’m going to do my Abs. Well guys, just thought I check in gotta run. Have a great evening all.

Totally off the subject here, I just wanted to let you know that you are the THIRD Melanie I've run to on this forum. It's unusual b/c I don't typically run into very many.

You are welcome.

I would definitely get PLB/PUB. I love both of those workouts.

I started using a trick with PLB to conquer all the weight changes
and do them quickly.

No one may want to do this because it's probably not the most
safe thing to do but it has worked for me so far.

The main thing is that I don't put on the grips at the end of
the barbell. I just put the weights on and during the changes
I set the bar down on the high step and just slip the weights on or off carefully. It really speeds things up but you have to be
really careful with the balancing.

I find that works really great for myself. I can do it in
the time Cathe changes hers on the DVD without having to pause the DVD.

I got them so long ago. But I think that's right.

Hey Teddygirl,

Yeah! Go for it. Sounds good to me. Do I need to start the post
over there? You can if you want too.

I won't be joining in right away because this past week I've
started a CTX rotation. I did that "smaller lower body" one
for gosh, 8 to 12 weeks I think? I figured it was time to change
up a bit. So I plan on doing CTX for four weeks probably and then
get back to this one.

I'm overwhelmed at all the responses to this. WOW.

I see your post in the rotations. I tend to go to this forum and Open Forum.. I've got to get in the habit of going there too!

I'd like to add a full body workout perhaps PP (since its short) on my rest day. I think I need this too
