Rotation Sub List....

Could someone please devise a list of all the Cathe workouts by same "type" or category so that someone who doesn't have all the DVDs could pick another to sub in a given rotation?? For example, I'd like to be able to look at a particular rotation and easily know which workout to sub for one that she lists, but I don't have. If she lists MuscleMax (which i don't have yet), would that be comparable to ME, Supersets,PP, all 3 or none?

I know there are sooo many, so it doesn't even have to go ALL the way back, could be more recent...whatever you'd be willing to do.

This would be a great reference for both old & especially new Cathe enthusiasts to have. It could also help determine which ones I need to get.

I would be soooo grateful (as I am sure others would be too)!!!

That would help so much, especially when you are new to Cathe or don't have all of the workouts (not that we won't have them all soon enough....lol)

I really hope someone can do this for us, it would be awesome!

The classification would take a lot of time considering Cathe's library!

Muscle Max is a total body workout, leaning heavy towards strength building. MIS is the best substitution. Probably the Pyramids are the next closest.

ME is obvously all about endurance. Supersets & PP are in-between (as I recall) but I think the reps are pretty high, making them endurance workouts. But of the 3 you mentioned, I think Push Pull is your closest substitution.
