Rotation question for Cathe or other Rotation experts

I just got my new intensity DVD's. I've been so time crunched lately working 10 hr days and going to school at night that I would like to put together a time crunch rotation possibly using the premixes. I can put in 2 full workouts on Sat and Sun. of course. What rotation would you suggest for that I can squeeze into 30-40 min. on the weekdays and then what workouts for full tilt on the weekends?

I only have the Pyramid DVD. I'm not a rotation expert but here are my ideas.

Total Body

Day 1 - Total Body (e.g. Pyramid or Muscle Endurance)
Day 2 - Cardio (e.g., Imax2 or Bootcamp (cardio only))
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - Total Body (e.g. Pyramid or Muscle Endurance)
Day 5 - Cardio
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

Push/Pull Routine (Endurance Rotation)

Day 1 - Lower Body/Shoulders (e.g., Muscle Endurance)
Day 2 - Back/Biceps (Muscle Endurance) plus Cardio tape (e.g, Bootcamp (cardio only)
Day 3 - Triceps/Chest plus Cardio tape
Day 4 - Lower Body/Shoulders
Day 5 - Back/Biceps plus Cardio tape
Day 6 - Triceps/Chest plus Cardio tape
Day 7 - Rest

Opposing Muscle Groups (Strength Focus)

Day 1 - Lower Body (e.g., Pyramid DVD)
Day 2 - Back/Chest/Shoulders plus cardio (e.g., Imax)
Day 3 - Triceps/Biceps plus cardio
Day 4 - Lower Body
Day 5 - Back/Chest/Shoulders plus cardio
Day 6 - Triceps/Biceps plus cardio
Day 7 - Rest

Split Routine

Day 1 - Upper Body (e.g., Muscle Endurance) plus cardio (Bootcamp (Cardio only)
Day 2 - Lower Body (Muscle Endurance)
Day 3 - Upper Body plus cardio
Day 4 - Lower Body
Day 5 - Upper Body plus cardio
Day 6 - Lower Body
Day 7 - Rest

Interval Training

Day 1 - Interval tape (e.g., Gauntlet, Viper, Imax Xtreme)
Day 2 - Total Body (Muscle Endurance)
Day 3 - Cardio (e.g., Imax2)
Day 4 - Interval tape (e.g., Gauntlet, Viper, Imax Xtreme)
Day 5 - Cardio (e.g., Bootcamp (cardio only), Imax2)
Day 6 - AWT (Cardio & Weights)
Day 7 - Rest

Seabush - wow thanks so much for pulling these together! I just printed them off and am going to give them a shot after I finish the total body blast!
