Hi Cathe,
I was looking through your rotations, and I see you sometimes include pre-mixes. The majority of my workouts are downloads and so I am not able to see what the pre-mix entails . For instance this months Feb rotation is Slide & Glide cardio portion w/TBT UB pre-mix. I have both workouts but have no clue on how to make TBT a pre-mix . I am familiar with the W/O Blender, but as I mentioned, would not know how to make a pre-mix without details.
Any suggestions? I feel kinda' left out unless I own the actual DVD.
