Hi fellow Catheles!
I was wondering if you could help me build a rotation for building strenght, w/ the Gym Styles and the Pyramids ( Bonus Combo - Total body workout ) and cardio that doesn't evolve kickboxing ( I'm not very good a this ).
I feel that w/ these workouts and cardio my body responds a lot better
I recently gained almost 10 kgs in a few short months and I'm looking to loose them.
I have all of Cathe's DVD...
