Rotation Help Needed...

Hi fellow Catheles!

I was wondering if you could help me build a rotation for building strenght, w/ the Gym Styles and the Pyramids ( Bonus Combo - Total body workout ) and cardio that doesn't evolve kickboxing ( I'm not very good a this ).

I feel that w/ these workouts and cardio my body responds a lot better ;)

I recently gained almost 10 kgs in a few short months and I'm looking to loose them.

I have all of Cathe's DVD...

There are so many fantastic rotations available using all of Cathe's dvds, you are fortunate to have such a wide variety to choose from.

Or make your own using the rotation wizard: The Cathe Nation - Workout Manager

You could do something like this:

Mon-Gym Styles- Chest & Triceps
Tue-Gym Styles - Legs
Wed - Gym Styles - Back, Shoulders & Biceps
Thur- Cardio of choice
Fri -Pyramid Full Body premix
Sat -Cardio of choice
Sun - Day off, yoga, stretch

What Dvd could substitute Kick Max and KPC?
