Wow, I am surprised that no one has started this thread yet. Hopefully, I'm not just missing it and starting another one!
Yesterday I did Step, Jump, & Pump and then took the rest of the day easy. I am still experiencing some major butt and legg DOMS from doing Muscle Max on Saturday. My poor DH is limping around the house as well. Next time I'll have to make him do the squats WITH weights.
Today, I plan to run over to the gym at lunch and do about 30 - 40 minutes of cardio (either treadmill or elliptical). That is all I will be able to fit in since I have to work tonight as well.
ShellyC - I have to admit that my hubby can do more toe push-ups than me, but I do my little girl knee push-ups much slower and with better form. One of these days, I'll be able to do them on my toes too! That's my goal at least.
