Rhythmic Step, Step Blast, Step Heat or Step Fit?

Low Impact Challenge has very complex choreography that took me a long time to learn, but please do not overlook premix #4 (32 min) and premix #5 (41 min). These two premixes have very straightforward step-based cardio work that is very different from the complex stepping on the rest of the disk. You'd probably have no difficulty following the steps.
