I have 2 tennis balls in a tied off sock that I sometimes use on my back. My spine goes between the balls so I can get the muscles on either side. I have lots of other items for massaging too including massage sticks, spiky balls, a percussion massager and a massage cushion. I have Yamuna Foot Wakers which are half round pods covered with small knobs that you use to stimulate the bottom of your feet. They increase circulation. They can be quite painful to use at first, but you can use them seated, or one foot at a time, to decrease the pressure. A lot of alignment issues that can lead to imbalances and pain originate from the feet.
